INSURANCE

Joie de Vivre Acupuncture is a preferred provider with a number of insurance companies.  We are happy to contact your insurance company to verify the coverage of acupuncture benefits available to you.  To do this we need a photo of your insurance card front and back, your full name, and date of birth.  You can email or text the photo and information to:

We will contact you as soon as we have confirmation of coverage and can then schedule your appointment.  With verified coverage, we will submit claims directly to the insurance company.  

Please note, you should expect to cover your co-pay, herbs, and other non-covered services, or deductible owing at the time of service.

Auto Accidents and Worker’s Compensation:  Contact us and we will work together to weed through the paperwork and verify your coverage.

TIME OF SERVICE

If your health insurance plan does not cover alternative medicine benefits, the following prices apply to patients paying out of pocket at the time of service.

Time of Service Pricing:

Initial Visit $85

Follow-up Treatment: $65

Herbal Remedies:  Herbal remedies which are recommended with treatments are priced separately and are optional.  Payment is due at time of service.  Prices vary based on the formula.
